Winemaker Comments: Our Grand Champion is an estate blend of 38% Malbec, 37% Petite Sirah and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in 100% new French oak this wine has a full nose of blackberry and cigar box. Bright black cherry, olives and cedar are the predominant flavors while Tahitian vanilla bean and toasted oak round out the edges. This wine is soft yet very full-bodied with a long, lingering finish. Only 300 6-pack cases were produced.
